Our family owned and operated taproom is more than just a brew pub. We offer a wide variety of creative cocktails, hard cider, local wine, and a house-made food menu with quirky flavor combinations and crave-worthy classics that go great with our beer. We are lucky enough to live, work and play in Grayling, Michigan year round. Our space takes "craft" to the next level: browse the connected AuSable Artisan Village art gallery while you wait for your table, or grab a hot (or cold!) beverage from the attached Coffee by Steph craft coffee roastery on your way out.
